The first one is Kudo Shinichi (工藤 新一) from Meitantei Conan/Detective Conan (名探偵 コナン).
The third one is Hangry & Angry
The second one is Cheburashka from a Russian cartoon called Cheburashka and Gena (Чебурашки и Гены).
